This is only for small bird no chickens, nothing the size of one birds, nothing above a pigeon in my opinion

Finally I am catching these voracious lizards who ate most of my expensive bushes to the nubs. See example new full of leaves and flowers Desert Rose bush denuded in the background. Super effective - no bait. Major drawback is the tangled mess of snares aftermath, but I finally figured out how to untangle and reset. Caught two adolescents in two days. Let's see if the snare will catch a three or four foot long adult/grandad.

These definitely aren’t for chickens, turkeys or bigger birds as others have said. These are what I would classify as limited purpose, survival or pest removal trap. I am not sure I’d trust this to catch a bird and not do damage.They come twisted up so not too surprising that folks have issues there and also, it’s a snare, so being twisty is kind of what it does.

tangles and takes forever to untangle

The description says this will catch a turkey. It can't possibly do that. It's much too small. It might catch ON the turkey, but I just don't see snaring Thanksgiving dinner with this. It's all tangly, too.
