This Bay gin is distilled and macerated from red, blue and black berries. The fruit explodes from your glass. Slightly sweet to emphasise the sour flavour of the berries. An old-fashioned berry geneva. Delicious when combined with cummel cheese, young goat cheese and gorgonzola.
