The Kaluga Fusion Amber caviar is a hydrid caviar from Kaluga Sturgeon (Huso dauricus) and Amur Sturgeon (Aciepenser schrenkii). Kaluga Caviar, also known as River Beluga Caviar, was originally processed by Caspian Salt Masters. In order to achieve the highest quality of product, Marky's involves Caspian professionals to ensure the finest possible salt content. The result is a caviar with very firm, large pearls and a glossy, dark amber pearl coloring. Its taste is mellow, rich, and buttery, making it just as smooth and similar in flavor as Caspian Beluga Caviar.
