Ideal for mixing and matching with different dips and flavour combinations for a fun experience that will get people talking. These Dippers have a long temperature holding time, good yield and great plate coverage. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free. Each pack is 2.5kg, ideal for foodservice. - Fryer: fry for 3:00 mins at 175 degrees. Oven: cook for 15 mins at 200 degrees. Fry or bake products until crispy. Do not overcook & do not refreeze once thawed. Ingredients Potatoes (88%), Coating (7%) [Modified Starch, Rice Flour, Salt, Raising agents (E450, E500), Starch, Thickener (E415), Spice extracts (Paprika, Turmeric), Dextrose], Sunflower Oil (5%).
