Product description L'Epicurien is a company founded by a Master Jam Maker and that has, for more than 30 years, been making wonderful jams and much more. The guava is the fruit of the guava tree, a tree from tropical America, from the same family as cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. The pink guava has a very flavoursome, juicy and slightly acidic flesh. Its very pronounced taste is reminiscent of peach and strawberry. Ingredients Prepared with 55g of fruit per 100g. Pink guavas 55% (non-EU origin), cane sugar, gelling agents (fruit pectin, calcium citrate), concentrated lemon juice.
