It’s creatine monohydrate. No taste. I’m about halfway through the bottle. I would buy this brand again, or whatever is cheapest. Don’t waste your money on forms other than monohydrate. They are not superior and you pay a premium for marketing hype.

Doesn't dissolve at all and is in a very fine granules rather than a powder. But when mixed in a protein shake it doesn't matter.

This thing is HUGE! I never realized how much for your buck you can get with MP but this was a blessing! I drink it before my workouts and I can feel my blood circulating! Love that's it has no flavor so I can include it in more drinks! Only issue I have is if it's just with regular water then u get that bottom clukp at the bottom that is just terrible to swallow! But overall can't wait to finish it and buy more! GREAT MORNING PUMP!

I’ve used many different creatines over the years and up until I purchased this one I had been using optimum nutrition. I decided to give it a try after optimum decided to up their price for an unknown reason. This creatine is not as fine as optimum but I still like it. I don’t think I’ll change back to optimum. I didn’t have any issues with this brand

The headline is what you should no first, I'm pretty sure there's no "high quality creatine" and it's all the same.... But you do want to stay away from people who penny pinch and might actually somehow figure out how to give you low quality. 99% of it is the same, so find a brand you trust and go with them for creatine. For me, thats MP

This is not micronized creatine. It is a bit larger grain and does not mix very well. Everything else seems fine thus far. I haven’t bought MP products in many years, not since I started lifting. I should’ve gone with a specifically distinguished micronized brand instead. I just hope the absorption is adequate with this MP creatine.
