My favorite GF hotdog bun. Most like the real thing-soft, airy, toastable. Best bun to dog ratio of the GF buns I have tried.

another gluten free bread fail
I think I'm just going to have to give up bread altogether. Being gluten free- and most of the time paleo as well, I've tried a few recipes to make bread or buns- all terrible, then for a recent camping trip I decided to try these gluten free buns- aweful- they're stiff, dry, and taste nothing like bread. I ended up taking the hotdog out and eating it by itself.
