Designed for training purposes only, these adult-size AED training pads can be used with both the Philips HeartStart OnSite and Home AED Defibrillators, and as well as the HS1 Trainer. Conveniently replaces worn-out pads, and once installed, these non-clinical pads suspend the defibrillator's ability to deliver a shock and allow the user to activate the defibrillator’s training mode and run any of eight emergency scenarios. In training mode, the defibrillator's voice prompts include cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) coaching and can also be used on a manikin with the aid of an internal or external manikin adapter.
