Oh my this thing rocks out the food. It tool some learning on my part to season properly. FYI don't season with olive oil... the grill has leveling nuts. It's important to get this thing level. It causes the heat to escape one direction making the grill hotter in that direction. The first batch if burritos I was way too hot.. so far everything I needed to cook has been on the lowest setting. The build quality is great. The wing shelves are a little on the light side. Would have likes to see them heavier. That being said the package that was delivered was very heavy. So I understand the shipping weight thing. Grease catch is well placed and integrated on the left of the grill. That side Is a little further from the heating element. A great place to put a warming rack. A lid would be nice. I bought a separate weather cover. A must have.

This griddle is AMAZING. I assembled every screw using loctite red (permanent) so that when we take it camping, screws dont fall off when hauling it in bumpy areas. Instructions could be better but were easy enough. This thing gets HOT and is so amazing to cook food on. So far ive made many many smash burgers as well as quesadillas. 4 cooks in... im amazed and want to cook everything on it. Clean up is a breeze with an effective scraper. I love the spice rack and accessories such as paper towel holder and hooks etc. This thing is thoughtfully designed and I love that its 44" since most on market max out at 36". We wanted the extra size for camping cookouts

Absolutely very pleased! This griddle gets hot and fairly quickly. Noted about in about 2 hrs total cook time used about a half 20lbs tank of propane. Initial burn-in and seasoning - used SAFFLOWER Oil for high smoke point and really turned out nicely. First cook was a teppanyaki-style of grilling : fried rice, steaks, chicken thighs, and finally some shrimp skewers - and finished with an onion Volcano! - ALL worked wonderfully! Lots of Delicious Fun..

Great grill. We use it for our concession stand at our High school Football Games. The only reason it gets 4 stars is that the wheels are not very sturdy. If you are not moving it, then it is a 5 star product.

I have to admit, I had second thoughts after buying it. It heats rapidly so be prepared. You need practice so you get used to cooking so many things at once and when to put them on the grill. Cleaning takes a few minutes and be thorough. Get a good cover and buy the right tools to cook and clean. Grilled cheese is amazing, eggs, sausage, bacon, veggies take practice to season and cook on the right heat levels. Easy to put together but you need to pay close attention to the drawings, no worries, easy to fix any mistakes. Two people needed for the griddle placement. Enjoy!!
