Preparation and Usage Oven Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 30-35 mins What you'll need: 1 bottle Percy Piglets blondie baking mix 170g unsalted butter, melted 2 medium eggs 24cm x 24cm baking tin Greaseproof paper Mixing bowl Wooden spoon Method: Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas mark 5. Line the baking tin with the greaseproof paper. Add all of the ingredients from the bottle (you may need to break up the sugar layer with the end of your wooden spoon to avoid lumps in the batter). Pour the melted butter and the eggs into the mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Pour the mixture into the lined tin and smooth out evenly. Bake in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes if you'd like the brownies more gooey, or 35 minutes if you'd prefer them more cake-like. Remove from the oven. Leave to cool in the tin, then cut into squares and enjoy!
