Thanks to our Brake MOD, the brake pedal will become similar to that of a real car: the greater the pressure on the pedal, to obtain more intense braking, the harder it will become. This effect helps you a lot during long racing sessions, when the leg loses much of its sensitivity and in the most difficult braking you are no longer able to dose the pedal well. You will avoid locking the wheels. Brake Mod – Linear to Progressive The graphic feedback shows how our MOD guarantees a wider range of use, recovers a large percentage of useful travel compared to the original configuration of the CSL LC, and corrects the curve ramp. It is possible to use the brake pedal in 5 configurations, combining our elastomers and the inserts supplied by Fanatec: Linear (with 1 “LINEAR” elastomer), allows you to recover 36% of the stroke and always use it all during braking, obtaining clear and intense braking. Characteristic of cars with covered wheels (GT, Rally, Drift). Full Linear (with 2 “LINEAR” elastomers), amplifies the effect of the Linear configuration, and adds pedal travel up to 53%. Progressive (with 1 “PROGRESSIVE” elastomer), allows you to recover 20% of the stroke and obtain a braking that becomes very intense in the final part of the curve, weighing down the pedal more suddenly. Characteristic of slender, light and very performing cars (formula). Full Progressive (with 2 “PROGRESSIVE” elastomers), amplifies the effect of the Progressive configuration, and adds pedal travel up to 32%. Hybrid (with 1 “LINEAR” elastomer and 1 “PROGRESSIVE” elastomer), allows you to recover 43% of the stroke and obtain an initially linear braking that gradually becomes more abrupt (LMP and Prototypes).
