SilverTowne achieves the stackable design of these rounds by producing an inset image on the obverse side, which in turn creates a raised lip on the reverse side of the round. This allows the rounds to easily and reliably lock together when stacked. Adding to the stackable nature of these rounds are the small, alternating bars around the outer edge of the design. The alternating frosted areas along the outer rim are raised, while the mirrored finish of the other bars are inset, enhancing the lockable design of the rounds. This has the added effect of creating a sense of sunshine emanating from the rounds with the alternating frosted and mirrored finishes. On the reverse side of the round is the SilverTowne Mint name, along with its recognizable Prospector logo and design. In the image, a lonely prospector leads his trusty pack mule as they march toward their next potential discovery of treasure. The obverse face of the round bears the same design, but the mound of dirt upon which the duo marches bears the engraving of the rounds weight, purity, and metal content.
