Product Description Create amazing shimmering 3D sequin art with this cute Elephant set! Sequin art is a great craft activity for older kids (8+) and will keep them amused for hours. The kit contains a polystyrene model that can be transformed into a shiny work of art with sequins and beads. The method of pinning the sequins into place teaches concentration and helps develop hand-eye coordination. Sequin art is very satisfying and easy to make, for beginners as well as seasoned crafters. Designs can be made by colour or pattern, by starting the border first or working in rows and lines. Adult supervision is necessary for children under 8 years of age and some guidance to start off with would be recommended for all ages. The elephant has no lines to guide on the polystyrene model itself, so crafters need to draw lines and follow the pictures on the packaging for reference. Drawing lines on the model isn’t a problem as the sequins will cover them up completely. All is clearly explained in the instructions.
