If you are note sure about your system, you must find the main control unit (brain) in your car. 2nd generation systems will have 4706 P or 5706 P stamped on the unit. 1st generation units will be stamped 4706P or 5706P (the difference being that 2nd generations have a SPACE between the "6" and the "P" while non-compatible 1st generations have no space between the "6" and the "P".
