The E-Z curl bar features a standard diameter and can be held in a very comfortable position, as it is strategically bent. The curl bar also comes with collars which ensure quick and comfortable plate changes. Its maximum capacity is 100kg. The bar incorporates chrome-plated solid steel construction and has zigzag grips allowing the athletes to keep their wrists in a more natural position. As a result, the injury risk is significantly decreased.
