When first opened, there is a natural scent which is normal. 2. When first used, some hair will fall out which is normal. Dry cleaning is optimal but it can also be washed conventionally with water under 35 degrees Celsius. 2. To remove dust or small debris, gently tap the fur surface of the pillow with a stick.
