Description

Unrefined, unbleached, and undeodorized, this oil loves the Indian kitchen. Stir-fry or sauté- do it your way. Not all sunflower oil is made equal. More than 60% of commercially available oil is adulterated today. Cold-pressed, single-origin, and raw, this oil was packed on our farm within five days of extraction. It's literally just sunflower oil. The seeds used to extract this oil are sustainably grown and sourced from local family farms. It takes us five kilos of naturally grown sunflower seeds and three whole hours of continuous crushing to make a batch of this oil. Hand-cleaned, sun-dried and crushed slowly in a Bull-driven Ghana, this oil is the closest we've come to bottling health in a jar.
