I bought one about a year ago and received a voucher code which you use to login to the q-connect website. Design the stamp on there (letters and numbers not uploaded logo) and the stamp with the custom press arrived a few days after - hope that helps?

Can extra stamps be ordered & interchanged?

In my experience, not easily. But the stamp is such good value, I just ordered another one.
