Energy saving is an important component for off-road runners running long distances, so we applied GUIDESOLE™ technology to the TRABUCO MAX™ trail shoe. This trail shoe offers better cushioning and traction, allowing runners to cover more ground with less effort. GUIDESOLE™ technology is a unique construction that implies a responsive distance of the toe-box from the ground offering scientifically proven energy savings. Thanks to the lower load on the limbs from contact with the ground to the detachment, this technology gives runners the potential to run more because at the same distance they consume less energy. Traction is a necessary component for off-road running, so we have incorporated ASICSGRIP™ technology into the sole. This rubber compound is functional to provide traction, especially in wet and slippery conditions. We have applied an upward and downward flaps groove pattern to the ASICSGRIP™ sole to improve the agility of running on the various terrain shapes. We also wanted to provide advanced comfort and cushioning for runners who practice off-road sessions lasting several hours. With the addition of 28mm of FLYTEFOAM™ technology under the heel and 23mm below the forefoot, this shoe provides excellent cushioning. The height of the stack allows the midsole to absorb stones and roots optimally. The combination of a fluid forward rolling motion, improved cushioning and more effective traction makes the Trabuco Max™ shoe a great partner for a wide range of trail running training.
