23-24 litres of kangayam/Ghir cows' A2 milk gives 1 litre of Hathmic ghee. Our Ghee is made by the traditional Desi process to retain all the nutrients. The fresh A2 milk from Native South Indian breed cows is obtained. The cows are fed natural fodder and are also left to graze freely in the fields. The whole and Fresh Grass-fed cow milk is boiled and converted to thick-curd by the cultured fermentation process in the earthen clay pots. This increases CLA percentage in the ghee. The curd is then slowly churned bidirectionally to separate Butter and Buttermilk. This step ensures to produce Butter with the high Beta Carotene. Butter is then rinsed multiple times in the ice-cold water to drew-off nearly all buttermilk and casein particles. Finally the Butter is simmered and Slow-cooked in an Age-old Iron utensils to retain the beautiful aroma and grainy texture of the Delicious Ghee. Our Pure golden ghee is packaged in state of the Art glass Jars to prevent any leaching of potentially-toxic chemicals.
