1. Our chef's pan are pre-seasoned before, but it’s still recommended to season the cast iron pan with vegetable oil before first use. Wash it, rub some oil over the surface, place it in an oven at low temperature for the oil to seep in. 2. After each use, please dried the water in the skillet and apply the surface with cooking oil. 3. When not in use for a long time, apply a layer of edible oil in the pan, to prevent rust. 4. If the skillet is rusty, clean with a pan brush and salt water, then apply a layer of edible oil while heated, it will recover quickly.
