Description

The R59 is original equipment for 1967-1972 General Motors vehicles. Black hard rubber case with raised black lettering “Delco Energizer” on top and “E-5000 R59” on front. Delco Energizer decal is located on top. Five red half circle caps with one red “Delco Eye” cap. Posts are toward rear of battery with the positive on the right and negative on the left when viewed from the front. The TurboStart SR59 is a true AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) battery - the most advanced battery technology in an antique auto battery exterior case. This battery shipped fully charged ready to install. NOTE: Do not, under any circumstances, remove the caps on this battery. It does not require activation or battery acid. It is shipped activated and fully charged.
