Fry's has a rich history dating back to the 18th century, making it one of the oldest chocolate brands in the world. Fry's was founded by Joseph Fry in Bristol, England, in 1756. Fry's made history by producing the world's first solid chocolate bar. Joseph Fry's experimentation with cocoa butter, allowed him to create a moldable chocolate paste that could be shaped into bars. In 1866, Fry's introduced one of its most iconic products, the Fry's Chocolate Cream bar. This bar featured a creamy fondant centre encased in rich dark chocolate and quickly became a beloved confectionery staple in the UK. The original Fry's Chocolate Cream bar features a centre with a subtle hint of vanilla, the peppermint bar has a centre that is infused with refreshing peppermint flavour, and the orange bar has a smooth fondant centre infused with a zesty orange flavour. All 'chocolate bars are encased in a layer of delicious dark chocolate and housed in our signature TinTastic giftable tin.
