The FP5 fixed penalty holder utilizes the best features from our number one selling FP3 and FP4 traffic holders and combines them with more modern lightweight and robust 1000D nylon materials. Sandwiched In-between the layers of nylon is a tough 2mm board providing a stable writing surface for both endorsable and non endorsable tickets. Strong metal clamps hold tickets securely in place to prevent them moving whilst the additional plastic sheet can be used to prevent write thru on multiple carbon sheets. The FP5 has 2 long areas for penalty style tickets and two full sides that will accommodate pad or PNB style tickets. Not every ticket book is the same size or thickness, using velcro on the secure straps gives them an infinite amount of adjustability ensuring the holder will stay tightly closed in any situation.
