Depending on surface Material Guarantee This is a material only guarantee from KoverTek, being the manufacturer of TekCryl and is only valid when using the product as stated in the technical data sheet. This Guarantee is for the benefit of the user and should be seen as a guarantee of materials only. KoverTek guarantees that TekCryl will remain durable for the period of this guarantee, subject to the conditions listed in this guarantee. This is not a guarantee of the users workmanship or installers competence. Guarantee Conditions KoverTek expressly guarantees that TekCryl when applied in accordance with the KoverTek Technical Data sheet and normal standards of good workmanship, will remain durable for not less than five years from the date of application. In the event of any claim under this guarantee, the obligations of KoverTek shall be limited solely to the supply of replacement materials originally supplied under the guarantee or the nearest available substitute at the time of any claim. The guarantee will only apply to UK and Ireland The guarantee shall not apply where the damage or deterioration complained of is not attributable solely to any defect in the products as supplied. The guarantee shall not apply where any damage or deterioration is due to accident, adverse weather, wilful damage, building defect, fire, abnormal atmospheric pollution, subsidence, insufficient maintenance, unauthorised repair, incorrect handling, incorrect storage or installation, or incorrect use. KoverTek must be given the opportunity to test retained samples for compliance to the Technical Data Sheets and inspect the fault in question.Any replacement materials supplied will be covered under the guarantee.
