Keep the composition according to the type of hair. 3. In the middle of the exposure time, open the film and lay out the hairs in the desired direction, then close the film again. 4. Remove the remnants of the permanent gel with a dry cotton pad. 5. Apply the neutralizer (step 2) in the direction of the hairs and cover with the film. The soaking time of the neutralizer is equal to the soaking time of the permanent gel. 6. Remove the neutralizer with a damp cotton pad in the direction of the hairs. Dry the eyebrows with a dry cotton pad. 7. If necessary, carry out the coloring and correction of the eyebrows. 8. Apply a small amount of regenerating oil (Step 3). Do not rinse off.
