We recommend opening the app before you leave the house, work, school, bar and leave it running until you reach your destination safely, where you can close the app.Bluetooth function must be switched on, on your phone.There are optional in-app purchases available which give our users options to add more emergency contacts and a phone call option. You could, however, just stick to the option which is 1 SMS emergency contact and 1 email emergency contact or choose more benefits. It is up to you! More FAQ's on iAmAndromeda.comThe self-defence alarm is able to carry out functions such as:Produce a loud 120dB siren to disorientate an attacker or bring attention to your situation.Send a SMS (which we cover the cost of for you!) and an e-mail, to your emergency contacts with your precise location.Send a 30s voice recording which is then sent to your emergency contacts within the SMS and email. For this to happen, you must open up the app on your phone, the recording will start immediately.Anti-lost function, so should you ever misplace your alarm, you are able to find it again. Unlike the many self- defence alarms out there, our Andromeda BB guarder self-defence alarm requires NO batteries to be changed, simply charge it using the provided charger!
