Description

This luxurious feather collar is made with 10-12 inch black iridescent rooster Coque Tails and trimmed with a comfortable black cotton blend fabric and 1 inch wide black elastic measuring 27 inch long. This item is designed with a circular Mesh base with flexible wire covered in fabric and feathers allowing for it to flare up around the neck and off the shoulders by slipping your arms through the elastic on each side. If the elastic is too long to fit comfortably, simply cut and tie to size.
