This melamine mixing bowl is a beautiful and practical bowl which is nice and deep for mixing batters. A rubberized ring on the base of the bowl prevents slipping as you whisk, beat, or stir. A wide edge on one side of the bowl allows you to properly grip and steady the bowl when beating, and a pouring lip on the other side makes it easy to pour the batter into cake pans. This size is suitable for making small amounts of dough or batter and for beating 2 eggs.Not intended for use in microwave or freezer. Heat resistant to 158°F/70°C.
