MMA Welding 1.Put the switch to “MMA” position. 2.Connect the earth clamp to the negative pole. 3.Connnect the electrode holder to the positive pole. 4.Connect the earth clamp to the workpiece to be welded. MAG(NO Gas/Flux Core) Welding 1.Put the switch to “MIG” position. 2.Put 1kg flux cored wire(0.8mm)into the machine and let the welding wire enter the welding wire guide of the welding torch. 3.Connect to the negative pole next to the wire feeder. 4.Connect the earth clamp to the positive pole of the front panel. 5.Connect the earth clamp to the workpiece to be welded. MIG (Gas/Solid)Welding 1.Put the switch to “MIG” position. 2.Put 1kg solid wire(0.8mm)into the machine and let the welding wire enter the welding wire guide of the welding torch. 3.Connect to the positive pole next to the wire feeder. 4.Connect the earth clamp to the negative pole of the front panel. 5.Connect the earth clamp to the workpiece. 6.Connect the pressure reducing valve connected to the carbon dioxide cylinder with the gas input port on the back of the machine with a gas pipe. The electrode diameter should be selected correctly. This machine uses basic electrodes with a diameter of 2.5-3.2mm. The diameter of the contact tip of this welding torch is 0.8mm. Please use welding wire with a diameter of 0.8mm. MAG welding requires connecting to the NEGATIVE pole. MIG welding requires connecting to the POSITIVE pole. The three accessories are easily assembled into a mask. (Lens and product manual are put together). NewPosition MACHINE FITTINGS : Electrode Holder with strong clamping force, good conductivity and easy operation. Work Clamp is used to clamp and manipulate the electrode. 110V US regulations plug Brush is used to remove the debris.
