This focused, intense ginger syrup is brewed with whole fresh ginger root. We add Japanese chilies for an authentic, slightly hot finish. It makes powerfully flavorful Moscow Mules and whiskey-gingers when mixed as a ginger ale. Each bottle makes at least sixteen cocktails, or nearly one gallon of finished, full-strength soda.
