Add olive oil, wine or balsamic vinegar to the aroma lid to infuse your dishes with intensified flavors and aromas. In addition, the lid can be Inverted and used as a pedestal to serve from the pot. The glass lid has a stainless steel rim and a moisture relief hole. Dishwasher safe.
