In flat-pressed particle board, the chips are mainly parallel to the surface. The chips in the surface layer are thinner than those in the middle layer, so the surface of the particle board is denser. It is resistance to termite and wood borer. These are highly cost effective recyclable material which provide excellent durability and load bearing capacity. They are ductile and weldable for varying size and shape of design All panels which are exposed to air, is edged with PVC banding on 4 sides to avoid contact to water, moisture and insects. This helps to imporve durability. Both side laminated on Particle board to make the furniture heat, scratch and stain resistant. This helps to enhance looks & helping to increase durability. PB used is certified European Emission standard E2 grade, therby its certified safe for indoor furniture application. Furniture plinths/panels/legs are enabled with built in PVC spacers to avoid direct contact with floor, thereby ensuring no direct contact with water, dust etc., also levellers have been used on precision assembled furniture such as sliding wardrobes to take care of floor undulations. Manual PARTIAL (3/4th) lifton mechanism enables user to lift and access the box storage provision below the bed base easily with the help of the handle provision.
