VMS Racing Hood Kit fits Jeep Wrangler TJ TJL LJ (All Editions) from 1997 through 2006. The kit includes TWO matte anodized windshield rests and ONE matte anodized footman loop for the center of the hood. The hood kit is CNC machined from a solid piece of Billet Aluminum. Once machined, they are hard anodized in a beautiful matte finish. As a finishing touch each bumper is embellished with a patriotic military star to keep in tradition with Jeep history. Installation is simple. There is no need to drill or do any cutting. The existing holes on your OEM hood will align perfectly with our VMS Racing Hood Kit. Stainless steel hardware and locking nuts are included for the bumpers. You will reuse the existing hardware to install the new footman loop. IMPORTANT NOTICE = windshield rests (bumpers) do not have rubber on them. You CANNOT fold your windshield down with this kit installed because it will be damaged. Most people never fold down the front windshield, so this should not be an issue for most buyers but we need to advise you of this. If you fold down your windshield, do NOT buy this kit.
