Product Description Greek Mountain Tea, the herb genus Sideritis, survives on rocky slopes, poor soil, drought, and even low temperatures. With its unique floral and lemon aroma and vibrant, light herbal flavour, its flowering stems are traditionally used in herbal teas. Our Crete-inspired blend offers three varieties (Olympus, Parnassus, Cretan Malotira), along with the exceptionally aromatic Cretan dittany, a local type of oregano. This unique combination of spice, oregano, and floral notes brings out the deep herbal flavours of the hardy Cretan landscape, further complemented by bitter sage and rosemary, as well as a touch of sweetly aromatic marjoram.
