Rusk (or toast biscuit) is a traditional dried bread or cake. It is also known as papay, khasta (Hindi: खस्ता), russ or cake rusk in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu or katti toos in Bengali. It is usually eaten at tea time with milky tea which softens the risk. We use only those ingredients you would use, if you made our products at home. All our products are made with whole grains and millets, which are high in fibre and nutrients. We do not use any refined flour (Maida), refined sugar or butter in any of our products.
