There are 60 pieces in each 3kg wholesale case. - Microwave (1900W): Place two buns on a non-metallic plate and cover with cling film. Cook at full power for 27 seconds. Steam Oven: Evenly space the buns with 5 cm gaps onto wire trays. Steam on full power for 8 minutes. Hob: Steam from frozen for 10 minutes over rapidly boiling water.
