The new design trims down the amount of cardboard we use at our flagship facility in Wichita, Kansas. In 2013 alone, we expect to reduce carbon emissions another 60 tons by cutting out 6.9 million sq. ft. of cardboard we use to get our 28 Qt. Coolers and 48 Qt. Coolers to retailers. It’s a plan we expect to expand in the coming years. Our engineers are already studying how to add more coolers in 2014.
