One particular baking dish can not miss into any kitchen. It 'is essential for making "farinata" (in lot of Italian regions you interpret in many ways such poor dish and tasty), pizzas and pies. You use in the oven. Entirely hand made from a pure native copper foil, tinned inside with 100% pure tin. Small brass ring to hang it. Cooking with copper is easy. You only need to follow two rules: use wooden tools only, in order not to damage the tinning; cook at very low flame (copper features very high heat conductivity).
