Description

Saucepan complete with lid. Hand-tinplated with 100% pure tin. Made from 3mm thick copper foil. The big size has an additional little handle. Diameter 26 cm (10" 1/4) - Height 13 cm (5" 1/8) - Volume 6 liters (26 1/2 cups). Cooking with copper is easy. You only need to follow two rules: use wooden tools only, in order not to damage the tinning; cook at very low temperature (as it was said before, copper features very high heat conductivity).
