Total Protein Isolation Kit -Plant (ToPI-P)

Description

ToPI-P is a specialized kit for Total Protein isolation from plant tissue. The isolated protein can be analyzed by electrophoresis (1D, 2D and 2D-DIGE) and mass spectrometry. Protease inhibitor cocktail is included in the kit to inhibit proteases present in plants and to protect the proteins from proteolytic degradation during the isolation procedure. ToPI-P contains all the buffers necessary in a ready-to-use format, and it can be used for isolation of proteins from plants,fruits, leaves, seeds and roots.
