How to Decoupage - 1 . Apply the white chalk paint/Gesso/Acrylic Color using sponge/brush on whole area. 2. Peel off the tissue layers & stick to bottle using mod podge. 3. Color the left out areas with acrylic colors to merge the tissue with back ground. 4. Apply mod podge on the tissue areas. 5. Let it dry for some time. 6. Apply varnish on complete bottle 3 times, Let it dry in between.
