Product description Baker’s Original Active Dry Yeast are designed to replace Fresh Yeast or Liquid Yeast for hand Baking. Active Dry Yeast are in the form of granules similar to Instant Dry Yeast, but they can not be used in a bread machine. Active Dry Yeast offer far more flexibility than fresh yeast, as you can store them for months if you are not baking. How to use: Active Dry Yeast need to be rehydrated in lukewarm water before use. Simply add required amount of yeast to small amount of lukewarm water 35 – 40°C. Within a short time the yeast suspension will begin to show fermentation bubbles, indicating that it is ready for use.
