Pure Chilean copper hand-tinplated with 100% pure tin. Beaten by hand. Lid included. Diameter cm 44 (17" 1/2) height 12cm (4" 3/4). Copper foil thickness 2mm. Cooking with copper is easy. You only need to follow two rules: use wooden tools only, in order not to damage the tinning; cook at very low temperature (as it was said before, copper features very high heat conductivity).
