There are only 2 ingredients: Sweet potatoes and cassava and we process nothing else at this facility. We receive fresh sweet potatoes and cassava fresh from farmers and control the entire manufacturing process in house for your highest safety. Taste is slightly earthy, similar to a whole grain pasta. Very mildly sweet but not overpowering. Cooks firm and holds shape well. Slightly more dense than regular pasta because it's made from whole sweet potatoes. Al dente in 3-4 minutes.
