It can tilt down 12 degrees or up 5 degrees. Post installation level adjustment allows +/-5 degree rotation for perfect level in different view angles. Heavy duty steel construction support screen up to 135 lbs. Supports TV with mounting hole patterns up to 26.3" horizontally, and 16" vertically (VESA 670X400mm). How to ensure the mount compliance with your selected display? First, the weight of your display should be less than 135lbs. Next, mounting holes distance on the rear of TV must be less than 26.3" (670mm) horizontally and 16" (400mm) vertically. Last, Your TV should be at least 33 inch. Otherwise, you will see the bracket.
