The DYN11905 Hoodliner is a thermal insulator composed of a polyurethane-based thermo-acoustic foam with a reinforced aluminum coating and pressure sensitive adhesive on the side of the application. This product is designed and built to be applied inside the car engine compartment at the bottom of the hood. The product must be cut to size and placed on the surface of the bonnet. The adhesive part is smooth and offers excellent contact with the surface underneath. Both the material and the adhesive can withstand temperatures from -40C to +107C (-40F to +225F) Package 1 sheet of 137.2 x 81.3 cm Dynamat DYN11905 The Hoodliner Acoustic PROPERTIES The effectiveness of an acoustic foam depends on its ability to combine open and closed cells to accommodate sound waves and convert sound waves into thermal energy. ica Hoodliner has a combination of open and closed cells to accommodate sound waves and disperse them.
