This control pod is only compatible with the original version of the Promedia 2.1. It is not compatible with the bluetooth or wireless version of Promedia 2.1.Please check listing picture to make sure the cable connector is compatible with your subwoofer. This is a new version control pod for Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 Computer speakers. If your old control pod is missing or broken, this is just what you need. It has the same functions of the original control pod. The subwoofer cable is detachable from the control pod. The control pod does not need to be attached to the speaker, making it more flexible for placing the control pod and convenient to control your bass and volume. You can simply connect this control pod to your subwoofer/speakers and your sound device (MP3 Player, Computer, Cellphone etc) with the included cables.
