The mountain ham is reminiscent of the South Tyrolean mountains which are dominated by the South Tyrolean deer as the king of forest animals, strong and elegant. This is how the stag salami from Steiner presents itself. The mountain board combines these two specialities to create an aromatic taste experience for all mountain lovers. The mountain ham is a spicy smoked ham and in production very similar to bacon production. The imperial part of the pig is a noble and lean part used for this delicacy. Since there is no fat during ripening, this product remains very low in fat and aromatic until it is consumed. The deer salami with its 70% wild content is just as strong in taste as it is elegant on the palate. The board contains: 1 mountain ham approx. 500 g, 1 stag salami of approx. 220 g.
