We lend a helping hand to craftsmen and potters by providing them an online platform to promote their skill and hardwork profitably thus giving them access to a wider market for reviving this beautiful, age-old tradition of pottery, that has a significant role in defining the Indian culture and its identity. We have around 20 skilled traditional craftsmen associated with us. We use 100% locally sourced natural and organic clay We follow the traditional authentic age old pottery making technique which makes our mud pots strong, durable and trustworthy. Benefits - Using mud pots (mitti ka barthan) for cooking has many added benefits like they retain the oil and give moisture to food so you don't have to add unnecessary oil to make your food healthier and tastier. Clay helps in neutralizing the acidity in the food, which makes it easy to digest. Mud pots are a great alternative for other plastic and metal utensils, proving to be environment friendly. Moreover that earthy taste and aroma is unmatchable! Usage instruction- Do not add cold water into an earthen pot that is already heated. Do not put other cookwares with terracotta pots in the dishwasher the rubbing may cause scratches. Use only mild soap to clean them. Quick changes in temperature while cooking may lead to cracking of handi so start with a low flame and increase the temperature gradually. Soak the earthern pots in plain water to remove food items stuck to the barthan. Mud pots need to be handled with care.
